PHOENIX REAL ESTATE COMPANY WINFIELD LEE INVESTMENTS & DEVELOPMENT
SPONSORS “RACING FOR CHILDREN” CHARITY DRIVE

For Immediate Release
May 28, 2005

Phoenix, AZ -Real estate development company Winfield Lee Investments & Development of Scottsdale, Arizona has
joined with American race car driver Peter Olson to sponsor his ‘Racing for Children’ efforts for the Christian Children’s
Fund, in his upcoming Formula RT/2000 races at the famous Lime Rock racetrack in Northwestern, Connecticut July 15
and 16, 2005. Olson is the only American driver currently competing in the prestigious 175mph China Formula Renault
race series, which is watched by more than 100 million live television viewers in mainland China.

Formula RT/2000 cars reach speeds of more than 130mph and accelerate from 0-60mph in less than five seconds. The
cars generate more than 2.0g’s of cornering force.

The Formula 2000 race weekend is part of the exciting Skip Barber Eastern Regional Championship race series.

Olson said “I think it’s great that Winfield Lee has joined in to support this drive to generate publicity for the Christian
Children’s Fund. I think it really shows what this firm is all about through its support of such a famous international charity.
I have been promoting CCF for some time now in races throughout the United States and Asia in Formula 2000 and
Formula Renault. Winfield Lee’s support for my ‘Racing for Children’ efforts is helping me to continue to generate valuable
publicity for CCF through the unique venue of professional auto racing.”

"I know I will be up against the regular season drivers during what will be my first visit to Lime Rock, but I have every
confidence in my ability as Lime Rock is a very technical track, the type I love most. I'm really looking forward to the race
weekend and achieving some good results."

CCF International, one of the largest and most well-respected charities in the world, is an international organization whose
members provide assistance to more than 8 million impoverished children and families in more than 54 countries. As a
private nonsectarian organization, the Christian Children's Fund provides help to needy children regardless of race, gender
or religion. Christian Children's Fund sponsored children are provided with such basics as education, food, clothing, shelter
and health care, and thanks to the relationships they develop with their sponsors and the Christian Children's Fund
workers in their area, they enjoy the healing benefits of loving attention (www.ChristianChildrensFund.org).
